Ayon kay Ding Carola, presidente ng Mori International Agency ilang architects mula sa Middle East ang kasalukuyang nasa Maynila at negre-recruit ng skilled workers kabilang na rito ang architectural designers, structural and electrical engineers, at CAD operators na magtatrabaho sa ilang mga proyekto sa Saudi.
“Those who will pass the interview will be immediately deployed to Saudi Arabia because of the ready visas,” pahayag ni Carola.
